THE HOUSE RULES

CONDUCT AND SPECIAL QUIET HOURS

From 10pm to 10am we ask for special attention to the quiet. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited all day long. During the day Kids are very welcome to play.

SMOKING

Indoor smoking is forbidden. Outdoor smoking is allowed in private terraces and outdoor eating spots. In the swimming pool area, please don’t smoke, especially if other guests or kids are present.

CLOTHES AND TOWELS DRYING

A special area for hanging out clothes and towels will be shown at your check in. Please use this area.

OUTDOOR FIRES

Due to the natural woodland surrounding the site, public authorities strongly forbid outdoor fires or BBQ during most of the year. Therefore we don’t permit outdoor fires.

PETS, ANIMALS

Pets are not allowed. Just in case of very small pets, you may ask for acceptance before reservation.

WATER USE

No limit is set to use of water. But we kindly ask and expect a responsible use of water. A responsible use of water helps the environment, especially in these Mediterranean areas where water supply is very very expensive. Thank you.

CLEANING ON YOUR ARRIVAL

A double cleaning will be realized before your arrival. One made by the prior guest and a second complete one made by our cleaning service. You will find clean sheets and towels. For stays longer than one week, a full set of clean sheets and towels will be provided for you to change them, every 7 days.

APARTMENT’S CLEANING AND YOUR DEPARTURE

You have to leave the apartment before or at 10:00am. On the day of your departure you should leave the apartment in perfect conditions, clean and tidy with all waste correctly disposed of.

DISABLED GUESTS

The property is a tiered house on very sloping ground, which permits fantastic views from different levels. Unfortunately this feature implies the presence of many indoor and outdoor stairs, which makes this property not suitable for disabled guests. Sorry.

WIFI - INTERNET

Our Wi-Fi is a domestic 3 mega Internet connection. You are very welcome to use it for e-mails, reading newspaper, searching information. But please, no hard downloading. Thank you.

PARKING

The car is parked outside. Being a cul-de-sac, there is no traffic and it is extremely easy to find parking on the same street that passes in front of the house.
